This research makes evident deep connections between two modes of creative practice, traditional Irish music and architecture. It demonstrates inter-connectedness at a practice level and makes evident, on a meta level, insights and meanings, that exist, and are transferable, within each practice domain. The research also positions these two modes practices as a single practice that is situated in, and responds to, physical and oral traditions that have evolved in the Irish cultural landscape.
